Yoga is a mind and body practice with over five thousand year history in ancient Vedic science. Various styles of yoga combine Asanas – physical postures, breathing techniques – Praanayama, meditation – Dhyana, mindful relaxation – Shavaasana, mudras – therapeutic hand gestures and powerful Chakra work and Naada Yoga – Sound therapy, to name a few.

Our Yoga teachers will work with you to understand your health concern in order to address it through a specific treatment plan of Yoga practice or we will recommend therapeutic Yoga complex as part of your Ayurvedic Health Consultation.

Our unique Yoga sessions have been created to help you address health concerns at the root cause and to equip you with Yoga and other associated therapeutic tools. Uniquely, we integrate Ayurvedic principles into your Yoga session to suit you most.
